Terms of Service – Lucky Nails

1) Introduction

Welcome to Lucky Nails (“Lucky Nails,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our in-salon services, website, and any online booking or communication tools (collectively, the “Service”). By booking an appointment, visiting our salon, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2) Definitions

Service: All nail/beauty services we provide, plus booking, communications, and support.

Client / you: Any person who books or receives services from Lucky Nails.

Appointment: Any scheduled service time reserved by a client.

3) Eligibility

You must be 18+ to book or receive services without a parent/guardian. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4) Appointments, Late Arrivals & Cancellations

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.

Please arrive on time. If you are 10+ minutes late, we may shorten or reschedule your service.

Cancellation/Reschedule: Please give 24 hours’ notice.

No-show / Late Cancel: May result in a fee and/or deposit forfeiture (if a deposit was taken).

We may require a deposit for select services or busy periods.

5) Payments & Refunds / Service Guarantee

Payment is due at time of service. We accept cash, major cards, and other posted options.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed services.

If you have a concern, contact us within 3 days so we can assess and—at our discretion—offer a reasonable fix/correction to the original service.

6) Gift Cards, Packages & Promotions

Gift cards, prepaid packages, and promotions are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash (unless required by law).

Expired promotions will not be honored unless required by law. Terms may vary per promotion.

7) Conduct, Health & Safety

We maintain a respectful, safe environment. We may refuse service for inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or policy violations.

Please supervise children at all times.

Inform your technician of allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or recent procedures before service. Results may vary due to individual nail/skin condition and aftercare.

8) Personal Belongings

Lucky Nails is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

9) Results & Aftercare

We strive for excellent results; however, outcomes can vary based on your nail/skin condition and aftercare. Follow the aftercare guidance provided by your technician.

10) Intellectual Property

All website and branding content (text, images, logos, designs) is owned or licensed by Lucky Nails. You may not copy or use our materials without written permission.

11) Privacy

We respect your privacy. Client information is used for booking, communications, and service improvement, and may be shared only as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

12) Service Availability & Changes

Operating hours and technician availability may vary. We may change, suspend, or discontinue services, pricing, or policies at any time with or without notice.

13) Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided by trained professionals under sanitary standards; individual results may vary.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucky Nails is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue.

14) Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA. Disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.

16) AI & Automated Communications Consent

By booking, providing your contact information, or interacting with Lucky Nails, you consent to receive automated or AI-assisted communications, including: Appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices Follow-ups requesting feedback or reviews Personalized offers, promotions, and service updates You understand these may be sent via voice call, text message, or email, and may be partially generated or assisted by AI for efficiency and personalization.
